Better Shadows
Hi,
the shadows in EE via shadowmapping are quite good, but they aren't perfect. I think you can improve this, and also have an idea on how
Valve published in 2007 a paper at Siggraph called "Improved Alpha-Tested Magnification for Vector Textures and Special Effects", this technique is used to improve texture quality. But for instance epic games used this technique for the Unreal Engine 3 to improve shadow quality and performance.
Maybe you should take a look into it, and maybe you could implement it in EE.
