Can I change the directory structure, which create and use engine's editors?

yeah,
they always create some directories at start, but you can add there additional folders too

I asked the wrong question. Is the engine can not create their catalogs, but use a different directory hierarchy?

creating folders is built-in, and I dont wanna change it
after you have your game ready, you can delete the folders
