Volumetric broken on lights?
Hi there,

Is it possible that volumetric isn't working on Cone/Pointlights?

Setting it does absolutely nothing.

D.volLight is enabled. What are those Light* params?

EDIT: Ah. I see. I am using lights that I placed in the editor (Game.ObjMap<Game.ObjLightPoint> pointLightswink

I can change all other properties (shadows, colour, etc), but not volumetric.

EDIT2: Setting Vol on lights in the tutorials also does not work.

Also, while I have you here lol

The object classes for lights (cone and point) do not include all parameters (volumetric is missing, for instance). If you don't have source access then it's impossible to tell which parameters you can use and what name they have.
Is there something you can do about this?

If you have a reason to not expose all params to the editor, then please add them in the documentation/header somewhere.

(Also, how's your game going?)

Hi,

The goal is to use your own game classes for lights, the provided are only basic ones to get you started.

Game is going well but slow, as it's a big project wink
Character creation ready.
Now working on World creation. I think I'm half-way through with the generator.
