For mobile apps specifically, maybe use of webview or chrome/safari custom tabs?

There's no built-in support for a browser.

You might also want to check out webkit.

Thanks for the heads up. Yes, webviews are definitely the way to go on mobile. I think for this project, I'll just leverage xamarin since the project is focused on mobile apps.
