adjusting lods
Hey.

I got this little problem when importing models with separate LOD's provided. Sometimes the LOD's are a little off center when compared to the original model. I guess that because of lack of detail they are centered differently, or perhaps the model creator was just lazy.

But it's quite difficult to make sure all LOD's are on the same spot as the main mesh by hand. I cannot load them at the same time, so for now i compare them with the physx object of the main model. But since i cannot see the physx object while moving the mesh, and because i have to reload the physx object every time because it moves when i move the LOD, this takes a LOT of time.

So is there an easier way to do this?

Cheers,

yvan

RE: adjusting lods
Well ok, the problem is solved. The fbx i imported from was just wrong. Someone got it fixed for me :-)

Edit: I spoke too fast. The fbx files are ok now, but most of them are still on the wrong spot. I think because they're not all equal in width.

So I'm still looking for an easy way to correct that in EE.
