max skin modifier

i have added a capsule in mesh editor to the character.
in world editor i have placed that phy file in the phy slot.
i would imagine the capsule would have to be placed in the mesh editor
so that its bottom is on the toes and top in the head.
i have tried the align options in the world editor.
for some reason the placement is always in different height that i adjusted in the mesh editor..
where does it get its position?

i mean.. i would imagine theres some point in the character that works as a pivot or something?
anyway none of the height alignments give the same result as the mesh editor.
should the skeletons parent bone be in the 0.0 coordinates in max?
i have toes in the 0.0 in max now.

yeah that link didnt really help much smile
but yeah.. moving the parent bone of my skeleton to 0,0 coordinates. im getting the correct results.

ok.. ragdoll is working now.. that was quite easy.
it might need some small adjustments but it is still very good in such short time.
