Running Tutorials
I opened the tutorial solution in Visual Studio 2008 and it works. I can build it and the box appears on the screen. However, when I try to replace the file with the new file from the "source" directory I get a failed build then an error message that states my present version is not compatable.

I am terrible in coding so I am probably making a mistake.

Any help?
Thank You,

Re: Running Tutorials
I tried to upload a camtasia mp4 but it wasn't allowed.

I will e-mail it instead.

Re: Running Tutorials
I think my problem stems from not copying the Direct x SDK files to the Visual Studio library. However, after installing directX SDK I cannot find the DirectX file path. Does anyone know where the DirectX SDK/lib/x86 folder is? I have searchd for it but can't find it anywhere.

Thank you!

Re: Running Tutorials
I figured it out! I was able to copy all the files and now it is working.

Looking forward to going through all the tutorials.
