Camera without frustum

Camera without frustum
I don't know if this is possible already but if it is not I would like to request the possibility to create a camera view which acts like the following.

Camera 1 points in one direction.
Camera 2 can point anywere but will use the same frustum data as Camera 1 being able to check what is being actively culled or not.

eg using viewports so I could have Camera2 top down above Camera1 while moving around camera 1 to see things getting culled(just to see culling layout of things).

for models rendered manually:
-activate cam1
-get results of frustum
if(inside)
{
-activate cam2
-draw
}

for models rendered by the engine automatically, it's not possible
