DX10+ editor crash on importing texture
I can work around it, but I thought this might be important nonetheless.

I've included a zipfile with this post. When I create a new material and drop these png files into the material editor (in world editor mode, should that matter) the editor crashes instantly.

Other textures work fine, the 32bit version of the editor is ok also. I wonder if this is reproducable? If it is, Esenthel might want to look at these textures. The files are created with the gimp and don't look like there's something wrong with them.

Cheers,

yvan

RE: DX10+ editor crash on importing texture
this doesn't only seems to be a bug for textures.
I updated 5 minutes ago and since then i haven't been able to import meshes anymore.
I tried to import fbx-exports from blender. they worked fine before updating.
Neither fbx nor dae works. only 3ds does.

Hi, fbx will work again in next SDK.
however DAE works ok in EE, but Blender exports it incorrectly.

RE: DX10+ editor crash on importing texture
thx for info.
I think fbx is the only important for blender exports.
I just tried dae, because i needed a special mesh for material tests.
