Mesh Outlines
Hi,
we were trying to use the mesh outlining for our characters using drawOutline() method. But we find the thickness is a bit small. How can we adjust the outline thickness. When using D.edgeDetect() method the thickness is good but we want to use it in selected mesh only. So is there any suggestions regarding it.

thanks in advance,

RE: Mesh Outlines
We are desperately need to find out as it is part of the feature of our game. Does anybody have any idea or can give us some tips/advice on how we could adjust the outline thickness? Thanks in advance

RE: Mesh Outlines
If I understand what you are doing correctly, I think there is some experimentation that you need to do (if you haven't already done so).

You can call drawOutline() on a specific part of a mesh:
obj.mesh()->parts[i].drawOutline()

You can do this if your mouse is hovering over the entire mesh object (code snippets for this is somewhere in the tutorials I believe) but only call the drawOutline on the desired meshpart instead of the whole mesh.

However, if only want the drawOutline called when the mouse is exactly over the specific meshpart, you will have to experiment a bit. In my mind, I do think it is possible to do, but I've not done this or can remember code that could allow me to determine which meshpart my mouse is hovering over. You might be able to look into how the Model Editor does it when you select a specific meshpart, and incorporate that into this.

RE: Mesh Outlines
Hi, the outline does not support thickness control, that would need to be a feature request so I can add it to the roadmap
