Undo Support
Hello Esenthel Community I know that undo for all editors is already a proven feature and it's already on the roadmap but

I'm here right now to talk about the priority

undo must be the first feature on the roadmap to be implemented because there is no software on this earth that doesn't have this feature wink

So I hope that it moves up to be on the top of the roadmap it's just suggestion

I hope you get my point thank you in advance smile

RE: Undo Support
Got to admit, undo is damn important in some places. I already slapped myself a couple of times for dropping by accident a "flatten" terrain on some sweet hills of mine and I had no way to bring them back.

Same goes for deleting my whole GUI by accident once. Undo clearly should be a priority, even if just a one-move undo buffer.

Happy to find you answer me I thought it has no priorities at all for the community but I really think it's so important for any professional software

thank you for reply Andreim grin

RE: Undo Support
smile) True enough, fear can lead to good things. But still, before you learn to be extra careful you can easily destroy hours of work. (I did it twice)
Now that someone calls me on my user name at least I realize it kinda sucks in English... got to figure out how to change it. Or I'll wait until I'm done with stupid questions and change it after grin

wink

Brother it's not about making mistakes or something like that at all

but it's a must to have this feature in software whatsoever due to something called usability

best wishes smile

RE: Undo Support
Undo is a command in many computer programs, so why not in EE?

RE: Undo Support
Question to all: which editors should have Undo added in first priority? (code and gui editor already have it)

RE: Undo Support
Yeah, definitly the World Editor
Object editor, too. For example, when the physics are edited, it is difficult to set back exactly the previous geometry mesh.

RE: Undo Support
One more vote for World Editor. It's the place where you can do most damage to your game.
