Aug 2013 Update
If anyone experiences the continuous update with the recent version update, move the PhysX3 86 dlls from the update bin folder to the Esenthel 2.0 bin folder and it should resolve the problem.

I suspect I am not the only one that experienced this problem.

RE: Aug 2013 Update
Thanks, I'll check that once I'm back home,
could anyone please let me know the exact modification date of the file that seems to be causing the issue?
"PhysX3 86 dll" file (the version in the Esenthel/Bin folder and the one in Esenthel/Bin/Update/Bin)

RE: Aug 2013 Update
I don't have that info since I have moved those files already but if I remember correctly I think they were both the same date but different timestamps. Seems like the ones in the update folder were newer times but same date. I could be wrong.

There were 3 PhysX dll files. I am pretty sure they were PhysX3_x86.dll, PhysX3Common_x86.dll, and PhysX3Cooking_x86.dll. All 3 of the ones from the update are 10/25/2012 8:05 AM.

RE: Aug 2013 Update
Thanks, so the issue was related only to DLL's and no other files?

RE: Aug 2013 Update
In my case, it was PhysX3_x64.dll, PhysX3Common_x64.dll, and PhysX3Cooking_x64.dll, but the rest of issue was the same as above.

RE: Aug 2013 Update
Thanks!
It looks like it just fails because the old DLL's are currently used by the Editor, and can't be replaced with new ones.
Current workaround is as Rofar mentioned: manually replace the DLL's when Editor is not running.
I'll fix it soon for the update process so this doesn't happen.
