RE: ...and Linux!
Actually OpenGL 4.1 allows for binary compilation, don't know if MacOSX OpenGL supports this, but it requires the shader to be recompiled once for everyone and needs recompilation everytime the gpu or driver is changed.

RE: ...and Linux!
Ohhh Is 32bit architechure really that old?
I'm still using it and have no need for 64bit.
I keep my PC lean so i dont come close to the 8GB limit.
There is still a lot of 32bit hardware out there!
64bit isnt backwards compatible but 32bit can run on 64bit OS...
I guess theres no chance of a linux 32bit build?

RE: ...and Linux!
There are more benefits to 64bit than larger memory address space(don't buy into the if you have less than 32bit max memory go 32bit part).

I don't really follow 32bit vs 64bit hardware but isn't every CPU after Pentium 4(some pentiums were 64bit supportive) from Intel and from Athlon64 AMDs for desktops? basically every cpu after 2003 is 64bit capable.

Besides even if its the same OS and only bit architecture is changed it still needs relatively more maintenance inbetween the two(atleast if you want it optimized as much as possible for both).

That would be a 4GB limit, unless using PAE. 32bit also puts restrictions on memory use for individual programs.

Thanks everyone smile
Linux port is ready, just need to compile the tools and upload everything.
This should be ready later today in a few hours for all 2.0 license owners.
