Problem after importing FBX character mesh

In blender, head of bone always directed towards Y axis, you can't change that.
If somebody is using Blender, could help me figure it out?
As clarification (if I'm not clear enough), image showing my problem (bone directing toward Y axis in blender, Z in Esenthel, angles are correct but Z and X axis swapped):
