I got sick of using Unity (pipeline crap and more stuff that is just annoying) so Im trying differents engines right now, and I really like Esenthel so far.<br />
<br />
there is just one thing there I cant find a solution to it in the samples/docu.<br />
<br />
Its about World To Screen, does someone know if there is a command for that?<br />
or any other method in Esenthel to calculate vec2 screen  from 3D vectors?<br />
<br />
I mean i can code my own W2S with the viewMatrix, but it would be nice if Esenthel has a build-in command for that <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" style="vertical-align: middle;" border="0" alt="smile" title="smile" /><br />

<br />
As the game is slowly progressing towards a playable alpha state, I am looking (as sole developer) for some coding assistance. Thanks to the help of many people in the past, all 2D and 3D assets have already been completed and ready to work with. This leaves the programming as the final daunting task of which this Engine is famous for.<br />
<br />
Be aware programming on this project means that the systems developed will eventually be released in a form of tutorial for the community. A lot of people dream of building an online game and I hope this will create a stepping stone for the beginning programmer to deep dive into Esenthel.<br />
<br />
Pirates' Nest will become an online rpg where 2 factions face eachother. The solving of puzzles and finding rewards in strange places is the key to its gameplay. Elements that are currently in development are:<br />
- Sailing with a ship<br />
- Crew system (Captain, First Mate, crew members)<br />
- Gift system (magic attacks)<br />
- Quest System with 6 types of quests<br />
- Basic AI<br />
<br />
I hope I peaked the interest of some of the old members here with the Esenthel Engine and hope to see them in the near future developing this project in its final stages with me!<br />

I have a fantastic project that I have put my heart and soul into the last 3-4 years... <br />

I am currently looking for programmers, animators and 3d modelers. I myself Model, Develop and Script. I have about &#36;5000 in coding and assets in my current project with a decent following  of about 1000 people between twitter and facebook and other media outlets. Most of the back bone is already there...<br />

The game itself is a economically, PVP fraction based MMORPG which is based on medieval realism (No monsters No magic)<br />

I've been recently facing a problem with character's skills appearance. I have the animation of sword swinging but I haven't managed to successfuly do anything else.<br />

I would like to check when the sword hits a monster which would call a "being hit" animation for the monster. Also some swinging and flash effects would be useful. Or maybe should I use particle system to additional visual effect?<br />

1. 3rd person camera angle;<br />
2. No NPC's and AI's in whole game (except Boss encounter in few areas)<br />
3. Custom game styles: Standard Team Deathmatch 5v5 fight, Capture the flag, Deathmatch and much more.<br />
4. More than 5 skills for one hero.<br />

Try To Reborn est basé dans un univers cyberpunk a l'instar de matrix online ou néocron, il s'agit d'un sacré pari que je veux relever . Les bases sont simple , pas de lvl , pas de classes , un sandbox relatif dans un monde lointain ou l'ont incarne des âmes coincés dans des cyber-enveloppes . <br />

Je cherche donc un prog c++ . Esenthel est fourni avec sources , j'ai aussi les sources de deux mmo tournant sur esenthel . Le moteur réseau à la base tourne sur windows server , a voir si le transfert vers raknet est envisagable (j'ai des tutos pour) . <br />
Mon niveau en prog ne me permet pas d'esperer pouvoir continuer seul . <br />

			<description><![CDATA[Hello, my name is Daniel McCarthy and my team is working on a multiplayer survival game which already has a great public response. During the initial Steam Greenlight flood of games, we were in the top ten most viewed and voted projects but unfortunately the ratings were slipping as the viewcount grew and grew because people didn't understand that "works in progress" were allowed while 99% of the projects were already done and ready to upload to the Steam servers if they were accepted. The project is very early in development meaning we have a bit of assets and we have a document outlining every single aspect of the game and even some of the basic programming is done but we've just began using a base (Ineisis Online) since we're not networking programmers. Any help at all would really help us get closer to where we want to be by the end of the year.<br />
<br />
Basically we need people experienced in the Esenthel Engine in general. We know the ins and outs of the engine now but it'd certainly be nice to get some help where we're not constantly looking through (the little that actually exists) documentation trying to figure out how to do something. Eventually this could lead to a paid job once our project hits Kickstarter but we're a couple months away from that. We're really looking for people who have the ability and knowledge but just lack the experience so students are definitely a plus. <br />

Professional mappers, modelers and artists are welcomed with open arms. We want to do this project the "visual justice" that it deserves.<br />

I'm Senzei, and I'm Leader of Enraged Entertainment. I'm also Project Manager and Lead Game Designer for RTS project called RavenTale.<br />
Well, we have whole team, who'll start work in september. But not all. We don't want to create great quality, AAA title, but we want to learn something and promote our mark. Our RTS team has 2 programmers, 2 storywriters, 1 animator&amp;FX, 1 SFX&amp;Composer, 3 3D modellers and 1 Concept Artist.<br />

Well, at that moment we're still on conceptual stage, to have everything done before september, and start full work when it starts. <span style="font-weight: bold;"> AT THAT MOMENT PROJECT IS NON-PROFIT!</span> So noone get ANY money for work. <br />

Our game will be an Adventure RTS, where player, his hero and army must go throught campaign, planned by our experienced storywriters. (I can say only that, we have our own Universe, with our own races.) <br />
If player will not like campaign, he can play multiplayer, with multiple scenarios, specially prepared for tactic fights.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Texture Artist*****</span> who will be able to create semi-quality textures with normalmap, UV filter and everything what'll be required to make good unit.<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Level Designer**</span> who will be able to make good looking stages and maps for campaign/skirmish battles(and multiplayer). Would be nice to have overall experience with the <span style="font-weight: bold;">Esenthel[b] engine.<br />
