It seems that the panel does not register the "color" for the center image.

reproduce :
create a Panel, add a center image
change the color of the center piece

no colour changes, tho description says it should.

I just tried it, but it works good, color is changed.
Please attach sample esenthel project and I will check.

ok i confirmed that it does work without transparency, and that it doesn't if there is some.
