I am trying latest source build of Titan and its new D.bloomExp(); function
Hold Ctrl + Click on the function still lead to the API page
but compiling gives me error: bloomExp is not a member of EE:DisplayClass

Try running Engine Builder, and run all tasks, to recompile/rebuild.
And then try recompile/rebuild your own game.
