-enabled adding custom edit modes in World Editor for clients with professional license, enabling to store custom data in each area
-added new documentation topic "resources\world"
-copied all missing documentation topics from CHM files to the wiki
-removed optional WorldControl interface which has been replaced by option to extend Game::Area::Data class
-file operations now operate on dates and times in UTC time zone (unlike local time like before), which enables correct synchronization of files between computers across different time zones
-new methods DateTime::toLocal,toUTC

-increased rendering quality of sun rays when sun is located at the edge of the screen
-custom shaders need to be recompiled
-changed the limit for maximum number of bones in skeleton from 60 to 256
-particles can now be rotated in World Editor
-new option to import heightmaps in World Editor using menu "heightmap\import"

-DirectX SDK now doesn't need to be installed
-please update your custom projects settings (Linker\Input\Additional Dependencies)
-fixed playing OGG files larger than 1MB
-updated ogg, vorbis and theora libraries to newest versions
-added support for importing animations from files exported with "Collada NextGen" plugin
-importing Collada DAE files now uses first available texture coordinates set if many are available (unlike last set like before)
-copied "resources\worlds" documentation from wiki to chm files
-updated documentation topic "resources/paks" by adding information of advantages coming from Pak files usage
-new additional mode controlling world heightmap quality in World Editor
-new methods GuiObj::child,childNum
