Displacement Maps
I have checked the roadmap and have not found anything about adding support for these. Is this a planned feature. With DX11 Displacement Maps would be very, very nice.

RE: Displacement Maps
Hi,
I cannot find this option, where is it? Also, how can we pass in the height map to do the displacement? I downloaded the latest Windows SDK...
Thanks!

RE: Displacement Maps
Any idea on ETA for this feature, as its pretty much the most important feature of DX11?

RE: Displacement Maps
Esenthel doesn't really provide ETA's. When they're done they're done.

RE: Displacement Maps
I cannot hold myself together... I just have to say this....
BUMP!
Besides, this engine has the most updates on an "almost" weekly basis. Whereas other engines update once in a very long while, Esenthel is working on his engine almost daily.
Esenthel is a fully dedicated developer to his engine, just check the speed of developments and bugfixes in the "Version History" forum.

RE: Displacement Maps
Oh and also: Runewake2 is a forum member, not part of the customer support. Just thought I'd point that out. ^^
