Since my posts in another thread were deleted i assumed this was due to offtopic (even if it was fairly slight offtopic).

So since server market is ruled by linux it would only be logical to have ability to run engine in server mode without directx and on linux.

If the need to get a vps arises, i would prefer it to be running Windows. I'm just really familiar with it and i have seldom used linux systems.

cant argue with lack of experience, but for servers linux always was faster and more reliable. not to mention that it costs more..
