Ok so I wanted to buy the 2.0 edition but paypal is refusing my 100$ prepaid card ( canadian money ) the 99$ US ends up at 99.64$ canadian howcome this transaction is not working ?

*** I guess vanillmastercards decided to put 2$ on hold on the credit card because when i first tried the card it wasnt activated so I do not fit the required amount to buy the engine ATM so i'll have to wait till they unlock the MAGIC and POWERFULL 2$ to my happiness

I have no idea. That seems like an issue with Paypal.
Try their forums? Maybe it's in an FAQ?

If it's not same currency PayPal takes a little fee which may cause that this money is not enough.

hi warmupgames, i use to use those cards myself for stuff under $95 USD since the payment process takes off $1 first to make sure the card is valid. I say if you can go with one of those other kind of prepaid credit card that you sign up for. they dont do a credit check or financial check, just need your name and address to get a card then you can reload it with whatever ammount you want. Thats what i did from Money Mart.
