uNetti, I think it's the word "wishlist". Wishlist implies it's something you wish for the engine to have[it's what I thought when I first read your post, and looks like everyone else, too]. I think if you use "plan of action" or such to imply that you were thinking of making it yourself, it would help prevent further misunderstanding.

As for the list, there is a gui editor, but I don't know that it would achieve that same effect as the image(I haven't used it).
Also, a pause system is not difficult to implement--only a few lines of code.

Everything else you will need to code from scratch.
