EE 2.0 Basic video tutorials
Hi there,
A lot of people seem to have problems getting a basic world with a character running in it.
So, I made a video aimed towards non-programmers so they can get a custom world + character up and running.
EE 2.0 - World + Character

RE: EE 2.0 Basic video tutorials
Good job. When combined with the EE Objects tutorial, that's most of what one needs to know.
One thing I learned(the hard way) is that a world is required for it to run without crashing, even if you don't want a physical world(space game or some such). In this case, you can create a world with no terrain and Physics.gravity set to 0.

RE: EE 2.0 Basic video tutorials
Awesome! A great tutorial, it helped me get a basic setup working. Now I just need to scavenge the forums for more useful tutorials No idea how to add/import a texture into Esenthel. Or how to add inventory/combat/crafting and so on. I'm sure I'll get it I was more of a C# scripter myself, but I'll manage.

To get a texture, right click on the left and go to new->texture. Then drag and drop the texture in. A large portion of EE is drag and drop.
Inventory there is a tutorial that you can build off. Combat and crafting is not included, so you will have to do it yourself.
