Unless you write your own importer (for proprietary files...), this is impossible.

Selling maps is possible, but unless if it's for a placeholder, why would you?

If you do research, you will find CS maps are based on the format of an older game...Quake 3 maybe? There are actually a lot of game map files that are based on the same standard. You could write an importer to read that type and turn it into Esenthel-compatible geometry.
