I downloaded Esenthel but each time launch it I get the message "Can not create render target"

I am sorry if I am not answering your questions correctly.I have graphics by ATI MOBILITY RADEON X700 XL.I do not know if I have answered your question.

X700 XL only supports DX9.0b it cannot run DirectX 11

Have you tried running "Esenthel DX9.exe" instead?
If it won't start either, then it looks like you need a better GPU, yours is really old.

DX9.exe works just fine.
P:S Why has Essenthel done very little to create tutorials to promote these awesome piece of software.This should be the best.The samples included in the download do not teach anything.The Essenthel team should seriously considered marketing.Good softwares do not always sell themselves.
