Seam problem on Bump Relief
It's seems that using Relief Bump Mapping cause a small seam on terrain all over the place, and is quite noticeable on bight texture.

Do you have any anti-aliasing enabled in the advanced options?
Or perhaps on the Radeon Control Panel settings.

Multi Sampling is off
on Radeon AA is used application settings.
Windows 10 x64, btw.
