I have the same problem. It's started after Hardware Instancing update. Only with grass.

Edit: But I have this issue in game and not in editor. But looks pretty much the same.

I've tried to reproduce the problem using "Esenthel RPG 2" from Esenthel Store, but it works fine for me.
Nvidia GeForce 650m GT DX11 Deferred/Forward/Simple

Could anyone attach a small sample project (*.EsenthelProject)
and "Settings.txt" file from Esenthel Editor folder, so I could test it out?
