Truespace .x export help
Hi all,
I have been trying to export a test model (a cube) from Truespace 7 as a .x object that I can use in the Esenthel engine.
The cube has a simple 10 frame animation done exclusively on the object level (no bones) to spin it by 180 degrees.
Does anybody know what the correct work flow is to export the model in such a way as to be useful in the Esenthel engine? I have tried about everything I can think of with no success. The mesh editor just seems to refuse to import it.
I also have blender so if I can do this by import to blender and then re-export that is fine.
Any help appreciated.
--- edit ---
I just realised I was being silly using .x when collada is on offer. Using the collada export the cube exports from TS and can be imported into the mesh editor but it still seems to have no animation even though it was told to export it in TS.
Is this a problem with not having a skeleton or am I missing somthing?

RE: Truespace .x export help
Hey,
Managed to get what I need working for now by importing my models into Blender and then exporting as .dae from there.
Cheers
