Does Esenthel Engine SDK for iPhone/iPad/iPod work together with the Game Center provided by Apple? Basically I'm wondering if their framework is usable for networking part to use functions like these.

And if not, what do you recommend for making an online app?

I'm also wondering if it's just Xcode that's usable to develop in or if there is something for windows.
