Editor function for drawing grid lines

Editor function for drawing grid lines
Is there an editor function exposed which can be used to draw a custom grid on terrain for placing objects. I want to be able to snap objects to a horizontal grid that can have different x and y values.

I use Plane . draw* functions for the grid
