Can I ask you about license I should buy? I am going to make the game with my friends, the game is commercial and I have no idea which type of license I need - Company License or Personal License? And what's the difference there is between them?

Please go with 2.0 license (per-seat)

Personal and Company will be withdrawn soon (but you can still buy them while they're available), you need to buy Company license if you're a company, or Personal license if you don't have a company.

All paid licenses allow to make commercial games.

And if we are non-registred team?

I recommend 2.0 per-seat license.

However if you want 1.0 then:
if you want to release the game as a company - you need to get Company license
if you want to release the game not as a company - you can get Personal license
