Material - Luminance
Hello..
Ok so.. the glow maps don't work when they are in shadows. So i have been told to set the ambient lighting to 0,1 or something like that to do the 'trick'. So yeah this is a 'trick' a 'hack' not really a solution. when you turn up the ambient lightening, but for example you want a really dark scene with only rim lights on the models.. than obviously this method wont work.
Illumination/luminance/full bright map and a glow map are 2 different things.. like the names say.. a glow map makes things glow.. and illumination map makes things illuminate, so an illumination map shouldn't necessarily glow also (tho' bloom could cause it to 'glow').
Heres an image of how it looks like after the quick 'hack', sure it glows now.. but its all blurry not like the lit part of the model.
So I'd like to request illumination map support.
Cheers,

So you just mean that surface will act as if it have light?
If yes then you can use the "LightMap"
