Separating Objects
I'v gotten a few weapons and building packs. When I unzip any of the files and load in the only object file, all the items in the pack are in the one file. I know it's a very beginner's question. Is there any way separate the items in the objects file? Or do I need to use use 3-D software like blender do this?
Thanks for your help,
Matt.

RE: Pack question.
If they're as separate MeshParts then you can do that.
Select "Visible" tab in the Object Editor (at the top). Hide all parts except one.
Then copy that project element, and on the 2nd copy Hide the old part and unhide a different one. And repeat..
I hope to add selecting faces in meshes in one of next few releases which will allow you to split mesh parts as well.

RE: Separating Objects
The easiest way is to load the object file into a 3D software (Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, ...) and export them from there seperately.
I made an easy script that you can download where you select the object and hit export, and it does everything for you automatically [naming, textures, xform]
