Hi, I recently got a friend to join esenthel, but when he tried to install the binary he got the following error message:

- I have no idea what caused this, antivirus and firewall were turned off, there was enough space on disk, and he ran the installer as administrator.



(we workaround this by giving him my archived install esenthel, but this was a very annoying issue and I think you should be aware of it in the future)

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Unfortunately I don't know what could be the problem, as I've just tried installing Esenthel from scratch, and it worked fine.

It always worked fine for me too. I saw this for the first time ever yesterday at my friend.

He's using Windows 7 on 32 bits, if that helps in any way. He also mentioned his antivirus BitDefender identified Esenthel as a threat (reason why we truned it off before installing). But you may want to know this too.

How about white-listing esenthel and the directory ?
