I see that old project codes are synced OK, but all new code files request to synchronize codes.
   

I put to SVN full "Code" folder and tried to sync it to another PC.
What is the point of using new code sync? Or it's a bug?

I'll do something about it.

I tried to sync in EE and all my codes shifted, so I had to restore a copy from SVN :(

Please update to latest source from GitHub, should be OK now.
