Scroll and time speed problem

Scroll and time speed problem
Hi, when I stop time in game (Time.speed(0)) I can't scroll gui using mouse scroll, what is very unintuitive. Speed scroll also is affected by game speed, but I think it shouldn't. Could be this changed?
