Large viewport ranges + shadows
Is it possible to have a large viewport range and still have high quality shadows?
I want to be able to have a large viewport range distance (like 1250) and still get nice looking shadows.
Currently, I have 6 shadow maps, where their size is 2048. I also have jitter and soft shadows enabled, however the shadows still look quite blocky. Shrinking the viewport range down to 200 causes them to look quite nice, but I would like to be able to maintain the large view distance.
Is it possible to increase the details of the shadows in any other way? Or maybe get some sort of LOD with the shadows, to where it casts blocky shadows on the further away terrain?

Thank you. Setting it to .1 caused the shadows of the player to look 1000 times better and also increased performance.
