I would like change wheel width, because i need wide wheels in my vehicle but i see only Radius parameter :(

Is it possible?

If it's impossible then maybe You will find some time and add this option to wheel class?

physx does not support custom wheel widths

You could try just moving the wheels further out from the vehicle.
