Instead of manually having to re-enter the data path each time you want to switch projects, it would be better if it saves automatically. So if you want to switch to another project, it's just a few clicks away (and maybe an option to restart the editor automatically, like the autoupdater?)

I was thinking about this too. I maintain a few projects and I need to keep a separate copy of EE for each one. When a new version comes out, you need to update each on. It would be great if you could have one copy of EE with the ability to point to multiple data paths in the editors and then switch between then in the editor to change which project you are working on.
