Gloss maps?
Greetings to all. I find this engine very interesting, therefore now I study it.
Whether it is possible together with maps of normals and heights to work with gloss maps? For example then using specular light the leather jacket has gloss and hair is not.
Forgive for my English :roll: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://digierr.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!2B7007E9EC2AE37B!462.entry">http://digierr.spaces.live.com/blog/cns ... !462.entry</a><!-- m --> for example

Re: Gloss maps?
Hello and welcome to the forum,
Yes this is supported, in Esenthel Engine this is known as a "Specular Map" (a texture with a name *.s.*)

Re: Gloss maps?
You need to drag and drop the specular texture with the others as shown here <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.esenthel.com/en/engine/mesh_editor_general.html">http://www.esenthel.com/en/engine/mesh_ ... neral.html</a><!-- m -->
It will be embedded into the 2 base generated GFX textures (color/normal)
