Did you install Xcode?
https://developer.apple.com/xcode/

If yes, then perhaps you need to activate it first.

Try in Esenthel Editor:
"Build\Open in Xcode"

Then try to compile the app from xcode.

version X-Code https://developer.apple.com/xcode/ is not suitable for my version Mac OS

Sorry I'm not aware of any other xcode versions. You should download it only from Apple official website, they're developer of that program. If you download it from somewhere else, it may contain virus or trojan, yes it's true, I've read an article about it.
