Error with new 2.0 update
Hello Greg
With the new update and when we go in the editor we are getting this error on a hit and miss bases not sure what is going on.
Physx: TriangleMesh: triang;es are too big, reduce their size to increase simulation stability!
And Editor Crashes!!!!!!
We have all are drivers up to date...And now we cannot do anything.
Please Help
Thank you
TheElk
Ok we found the problem We have building assigned static mesh and some are in the world and some are not no matter what we do we cannot get to them to either change the physics or remove the Physics. It only happens on the size of poly's that are on those objects..
Trying to explain this the best that I can....
And our other projects are fine Just Exiled Dimensions is messed up....
Thank you
TheElk

RE: Error with new 2.0 update
Ok there are 16 objects that we made that where fine before the up date and now they are not ...no matter what we do we can not delete the physics on them. or get even close to them and remove them from the world in the Editor.
Thank you

RE: Error with new 2.0 update
Hi,
The error comes directly from physx not from the engine.
If you could send me your project I'd be happy to investigate the problem.
Thank you

RE: Error with new 2.0 update
Hi Greg
We found the problem it has to do with the size of the object in the editor if it is to big and you try to apply Physics it will error out now...this did not happen until the new update. So we will reduce the size of the objects.
So hopefully if anyone Else has or gets this problem they will know what to do unless you can fix it so we do not have to go and remove all 16 objects from the project and then delete them...and so on..
Hope this makes sense
Thank you

RE: Error with new 2.0 update
Elk send him at least a object which causes the crash... 16 is a lot to fix manually.

@ gwald It's all good we just have to scale them all down and remove and delete them from the project then re import them .......LOL
What I don't understand is why there is a size limit to object's now in the editor when applying Physic.. That's all.
ThankYou
