RE: markerless motion capture
If it works as good as it does in the gallery, then this software looks incredible! I was wondering any this kind of technology existed yet. I think I'm gonna try it out.

RE: markerless motion capture
I tried this out 2 days ago and my results were far from perfect. I was only using 1 camera which may be the problem. I'll probably mess around with it a bit more to see if I can get better results.

RE: markerless motion capture
From what I understood the quality you record at gets better from resolution, but also one has to remember that resolution is not always the only thing making a recording bad, lens quality, clarity etc, you can have a camera record 1024x768 res but the lens make it looks murky because its quality is bad.

RE: markerless motion capture
impressive !!
check our real time markerless tracking system, still in developement ( no code release) but this one is much more impressive, on the other hand, our system doesnt need any initialization process ( no T pose is needed ),

Looks fun, but does your software export the animation aswell to use it in a engine like EE?
There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.

RE: markerless motion capture
no it doesnt export to any std animations format, it was made for research purpose( tracking elderly people @ home) , the only available output is the 3D coordinates of different body part articulation,
