why i open a .world fold with world editor, there is no texture, no terrain but model in the editor? it mean just white model and gray shadow...

every .world fold like this... please help ....

I think you haven't setup the path to the SDK data, like shown on the welcome message when you ran the tool.
please remove path.txt file, and launch WE again, and set correct path
