Support for which additional platforms would you like to see the most?

RE: Platforms
For me, Linux & Mac together (linux being just as important for me).
For my case, PS3 or XBOX360 is not important - perhaps if it becomes popular on Windows. I'm not sure how digital distribution works on them.

RE: Platforms
I voted X360 but honestly I have no need for additional platform support.

RE: Platforms
To support Linux/Mack, that would require the use of OpenGL rather than DirectX.
Would you want to do so much redevelopment of the engine?
EDIT: and does PhysX work under Linux/Mack or would it require a new phys library like Bullet (I think it is getting or has Open CL support and would be handy).

RE: Platforms
PS3 is also OpenGL based, yes I'm considering adding OpenGL renderer,
when CG would be used for shader managament, then existing shaders from DirectX could be used, only the device/data management should be handled additionally for the OpenGL

RE: Platforms
I was under the impression that people can not just create and release game programs for X360 or PS3 systems without having to jump through some very difficult vetting procedures by Microsoft and by Sony before being allowed to release any game for them.
If this still applies then the majority of current users would probably not get any advantage for supporting these 2 platforms ...... or have things changed in this area?

RE: Platforms
I voted Xbox 360, PS3 and iPhone. It would be a great addition to the engine to have multiplatforms. Now we could make games for Playstation Network, Xbox Live and App Store, the biggest indie communitys at the momment that I know.
Keep the good work Esenthel, the engine is getting better and better

RE: Platforms
I think that engine should be multiplatform, it would be great if it would have additional OpenGL renderer and support for Linux, Mac etc.

RE: Platforms
I voted for XBox 360. But for the a XBox game you would need a license, so what's about a .Net port of the engine in xna? Xna games can be played on PC, XBox and Zune. Furthermore the games can be developed in .Net (mainly C# and VB). But I think a xna version of the engine is a hell of a lot work, so maybe it was a bad idea... :-\
