I've had this error before, I think you just need to rebuild. Build > Rebuild Tutorials in Visual Studio.

You use new source and old data files @ engine.pak.

Download new SDK -> Delete your include files in visual studio / the compiler you use -> Delete librarys and use the new installation pack from the SDK.

Then it will work.

Use the Autoupdate tool and it will do it automatically... Just be sure to copy the new engine.pak file into your game's data folder as mentioned.

[Edit] Actually, the Autoupdate tool might do that for you as well, can't remember exactly...
