How I can create a .mtrl file witch .gfx file ...?

material editor(inside mesh editor), add gfx to material save while in material editor

Or simple drag & drop .jpg, .bmp .gif whatever in to mesh editor window.
Remember to save material by file>>save

Its work .

I don't convert .gfx to .bmp file.
