Decal on custom mesh face in WE
Decal on Terrain is very useful, if can use to on custom mesh face then improve the efficiency of a large number of work

Change the type to OBJ_DECAL or OBJ_MESH_OVERLAY.

I change it, but then what? Enable material option and then load it or set parameter? I tried both but i don't see anything.

You need to set its material and set embed in terrain... after that just insert it in world and you will see you decal on the ground.
There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.
