Looks cool. But I don't know if that should be a priority.
The quick placement of windows and doors would be nice however.
I think you can already do the ragdolls if you mess with blending and sweep collisions. It would just take some work on your part.

I can't tell you. But their is a tutorial that shows the character taking damage/force to certain points and recovering. You should be able to simply modify this to your needs. I don't think you would need source to do it but I havn't tried.
The tutorial is called "15 - Character Ragdoll" (Within Game Basic folder). Is that what you want?

The character ragdoll is part of it, I was also referring to the fluidity of the movement. I noticed in some EE youtube videos that the combat movement is very stagnant. Is this because of the animations or is there a difference in the physics?

Its because its not any advanced animation handling behind it. Nothing else should be a problem.
