not installation/bin game/bin
PhysX DLLS from latest EE SDK\Installation\PhysX to your project folder\Bin
in your project there should be bin folder with old dll's, you need to replace them with new from SDK

you dont need reinstall
you need to copy files
from: EE SDK\Installation\PhysX
to: your mmo project folder\Bin
Did you do that?

Those files must be in the same folder as your game .exe file.
There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.

yes, try also copying the files to the place where .exe is located
does that change anything?

try loading latest Editor.exe, set data path to your game project, load world, clean all and build all
